Whatever you order online, we can deliver it to your home or work.


How Do I Get Something Delivered?

Once you have found what you are looking for, just ‘Add’ it to the Basket and go through the checkout process.


Where Can I Get It Delivered To?

Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work address.


We will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g.Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands, there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time.


All charges are clearly shown during the checkout process.


How Much Does Delivery Cost?

When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.


We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose.


You can choose from our Standard Delivery Service or Flexible Delivery Options.<


Delivery charges are per order, not per item, so for example, if you purchase two items you will only pay one delivery charge for the delivery of both.


When Will It Be Delivered?

Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 5 working days.


Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.


Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and may incur a longer delivery lead-time.


Please do not accept delivery of products with damaged packaging and/or if you are suspicious that the product has been tampered with. If this is the case, please contact Fleet Efficiency Ltd immediately on 0208 771 8594 where an operator will handle your query.
