
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We hope that you will be happy with your Fleet Efficiency purchase. However if you need to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it, provided it is within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will not include the delivery cost of returning items or any other delivery charges that were incurred when sending the goods out to the customer.

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original packing note and copy invoice (as proof of purchase).

If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty or damaged, we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate.

To return an item, you must firstly contact Fleet Efficiency either by email at info@fleetefficiency.com, or telephone us on 020 8771 8587.
Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any damage or fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days.
This does NOT affect your statutory rights.
