Key Features
The lock and the alarming function are united into a whole. It can lock the bicycle, motor bike, electric bike, etc, and give an alarm. When the lock is alarmed it activates a smart chip which can detect different types of damage. The alarm has a tolerance to a certain force. Any person who exceeds this force will experience a 100db alarm. It overcomes the weakness of stealing the whole bike or car.
Rest assured that if the alarm is triggered by accident, then providing that no more movements are made to the lock, it will turn off after 35 seconds and return to its normal alarmed state.
This lock will protect your possession from potential thieves and also emit a high frequency alarm in the process.
The alarm runs off 6 replaceable LR44 batteries. When the batteries are running low the lock will beep to let you know, and they can easily be replaced with fresh ones.
A usual D-lock will be resistant to attacks varying from 1-5 minutes, and this design accomplishes that task whilst also emitting a high-pitched alarm.
This works to deter the attacker and alert others to its presence.
The important point here is that thieves do not want to be seen or heard. Whilst most locks can resist an attack for a certain period, a lock that is emitting a high frequency alarm will make the thief think twice about continuing his attack and running the risk of alerting people to his presence.
You can use screw to fix the lock body and the clamp on to the bike or car. Or you can use a rear bicycle rack or bag for storage and transportation of your lock.
